Starting again - so with my 1 week break turning into about a month I’m back to day one. This is my new beginning progress pic. I’m going to do Jamie Eason workout plan combined with a paleo diet. Now life has calmed down hopefully I can stick to it.

after my first 12 week challenge and a week off. I am going to start a 4 week challenge tomorrow and be super strict to see what sort of results I can achieve. I’ve found posting progress pics is the best form of motivation as you don’t want to post one where you have laxed a little. Bring on the next four weeks! Weekly progress pix to come :)
